Role Description
The Senior Consultant – Agentic RevOps Delivery is a full-time remote role responsible for leading strategic and technical revenue operations engagements for SaaScend’s clients. This role focuses on designing and implementing end-to-end RevOps solutions across CRM, marketing automation, sales processes, demand generation, and data infrastructure. - Ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams

The Senior Consultant will manage project delivery, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, document processes and architectures, and provide ongoing performance analysis and optimization recommendations. This role also involves:
- Mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to best practices
- Supporting continuous improvement of SaaScend’s delivery frameworks
Qualifications
- Revenue operations and go-to-market strategy skills, including experience in RevOps design, sales and marketing alignment, and demand generation planning.
- CRM and platform expertise, preferably with Salesforce administration or consulting experience and exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot).
- Data and analytics capabilities, such as data modeling, enrichment workflows, reporting, dashboard creation, and performance analysis to support decision-making.
- Project and stakeholder management skills, including scoping, prioritization, timeline management, and clear communication with technical and non-technical partners.
- Process optimization and documentation skills, with the ability to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable, repeatable solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational concepts into clear recommendations and client-ready deliverables.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-focused organizations, with familiarity in sales, marketing, and customer success motions; consulting experience is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
