Essentials:

• Solid software engineering foundations - comfortable in Python and/or TypeScript, with an understanding of APIs, version control, and modern development workflows.
• Genuine, demonstrable enthusiasm for AI - through work experience, personal projects, hackathons, coursework, or self-directed experimentation with LLMs and agent frameworks.
• A fast, self-motivated learner - evidence that you pick up new technologies quickly and enjoy doing so.
• Good communication and teamwork - able to work effectively within multi-disciplinary engagement teams and with clients.

Desirables:

• Hands-on exposure to agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK) or LLM APIs.
• Experience with retrieval and grounding techniques such as RAG, vector or hybrid search.
• Full-stack development experience with React or Next.js, streaming, or WebSockets.
• Familiarity with AI-native engineering tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Exposure to SAP or other enterprise systems.
