What we look for:
- You assess the strategic, technical, operational, and governance maturity of AI-enabled companies and products in transaction and investment contexts.
- You work directly with investors, management teams, domain experts, and technical stakeholders to understand how AI capabilities are built, deployed, governed, and monetized in practice.
- You evaluate AI products, models, data assets, architectures, engineering capabilities, operating models, risks, scalability, and defensibility using evidence-based analysis.
- You test management assumptions and identify value-creation opportunities, technical constraints, governance gaps, and execution risks that affect the investment thesis.
- You translate complex findings into clear, decision-ready implications for investment committees and executive stakeholders.
- You collaborate with AI engineers, architects, data specialists, strategy consultants, and legal or risk experts on integrated assessments.
- You contribute to reusable diligence frameworks, benchmarks, proposals, and thought leadership as the AI transaction landscape evolves.
What we require:
- You hold an outstanding university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in technology consulting, AI/data strategy, transaction advisory, due diligence, or digital transformation.
- You demonstrate a strong understanding of modern data, AI, and governance architectures and their impact on scalability, compliance, and value creation.
- You ideally have experience working on AI, data, or governance topics in M&A or private equity environments.
- You combine strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to evaluate complex technology-driven business models in a structured manner.
- You stand out through excellent communication and presentation skills and engage confidently with management teams and investors.
- You work in a structured, self-driven, and collaborative manner and demonstrate strong motivation and interest in AI and technology trends.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
