Senior Consultant - AI Tech Transformation - TC - FS

The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in generative AI to help design and build GenAI solutions for our clients. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role: you will build key solution components, support the overall architecture, and work directly with client teams to move solutions into production. It is an excellent role for a strong engineer growing into architecture and client-facing leadership.

Your key responsibilities

Hands-On Delivery

  • Build and deliver GenAI solution components: RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, tool-calling integrations, and APIs.
  • Support the solution architecture and contribute to design decisions within your components.
  • Ensure your components are reliable, secure, performant, and cost-aware.
  • Contribute to delivery execution: implementation, testing, debugging, and resolution of technical issues.
  • Apply engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and accelerators in your work.
  • Take ownership of the quality and timeliness of your deliverables.

Technical Contribution

  • Implement generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and agentic workflows.
  • Build components for insurance use cases (claims intake automation, submission triage, document intelligence, underwriting copilots, policy Q&A, contact-center copilots).
  • Implement and tune RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval tuning, and grounding to reduce hallucination.
  • Develop multi-agent and tool-calling workflows for insurance processes.
  • Apply LLMOps and quality practices: prompt engineering, evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and cost/latency optimization.
  • Apply responsible AI practices: hallucination controls, PII handling, and compliance-aware handling of sensitive data.
  • Support integration with core insurance platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens) and enterprise data/content systems.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work directly with client teams to deliver solutions and resolve technical questions.
  • Explain technical decisions, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to project team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and support demos and technical walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate across engineering, data, and business stakeholders during delivery.
  • Support and guide junior consultants where needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
