Job Description
As a Senior Consultant at JMAN Group, you will lead complex data-driven workstreams for Private Equity clients and portfolio executives. You’ll translate rigorous analysis into commercial recommendations across due diligence and value creation projects. This role combines strategic consulting with hands-on technical oversight, requiring strong leadership to manage global teams and coach junior talent.

What You Will Do
- Lead and deliver complex client projects end-to-end, taking full accountability for problem definition, analytical rigor, and commercial impact.
- Own senior-level relationships with PE partners and portfolio executives, acting as a trusted advisor to translate data into strategic insights.
- Coordinate global delivery teams across London, New York, and Chennai to ensure high-quality, actionable outputs for high-impact engagements.
The ideal candidate
- Has 5+ years of experience in management consulting or professional services with a clear track record of progression and project leadership.
- Possesses advanced analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI to link data to business value.
- Demonstrates exceptional commercial judgment and communication skills, capable of influencing executive stakeholders through structured, hypothesis-led thinking.
