Role description
We are currently looking for Digital Management Consultants to join our growing and dynamic Business Advisory team. In a world of disruption and unprecedented change, our team are enabling clients to successfully implement bold solutions, solving their most pressing problems.

As trusted advisors, we guide clients through their digital transformation journeys, helping them to digitise, innovate, and realise accelerated outcomes and tangible benefits.
In this role, you will be working across multiple sectors, clients, and projects. You will work with our recognised experts in Procurement & Supply Chain, Capital Programmes, Investment Advisory, Asset Strategy, Sustainability, People & Change, and Digital Transformation. This will enable our teams to make real impact and grow and develop. Versatility and intellectual agility will be key, enabling you to articulate complex ideas persuasively and demonstrate how our solutions address clients’ most urgent challenges.

Role accountabilities
- Lead diverse stakeholder groups, build trusted client relationships, and communicate complex ideas clearly- both in writing and in person.
- Digital Strategy & Transformation - Develop digital strategies, roadmaps, implementation plans and investment cases and deliver or contribute to digital transformation programmes from design to implementation.
- Business Analysis – Analyse and elicit business and system requirements, mapping and assessment of technology landscapes, conduct deep pain point/gap analysis to diagnose and identify, design and test solutions.
- Information Management – Advise on information management and governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Conducting assessments of data quality and developing intervention and improvement plans.
- Data Architecture & Engineering - Translate ‘As-Is’ data and reporting architectures into ‘To-Be’ states using structured methodologies and modern toolkits.
- Data Models & Operationalisation – Working knowledge of data modelling and analysis to advise and design how analytical solutions are operationalised in business environments.
- Advanced Analytics & AI: - Bringing working knowledge of advanced analytics and AI to translate business challenges into structured analytical use cases, interpret analytics outputs to inform decisions, and collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure business needs are met.
- AI/Gen AI Solutions: Working knowledge of AI / GenAI solutions (e.g. agent-based workflows, prompt engineering, low code “vibe coding” tools, Agetic workflow, APIs, MCP) and how they can be applied to solve business problems and improve decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in one or more areas above, from digital consulting to technical data and analytics
- The ability to break down complexity and explain digital concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to deliver innovative solutions.
- Bonus: Previous experience in our core industries (Transport, Water & Energy, Industrial, Real Estate)
