Freshwater Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing boutique consultancy that is expanding its Change Management team and looking for experienced hires to join them at an exciting stage of their growth.
We’re looking to speak with ex-Big 4 consultants or consultants from other mid-sized management consulting firms who are passionate about Change Management and want to build their career within a growing specialist consultancy. We are hiring at the Consultant and Senior Consultant level.
The role
You’ll work across a range of transformation and change programmes, helping clients navigate complex business change and deliver successful outcomes.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead change management activities across major transformation programmes
- Work directly with senior client stakeholders and programme teams
- Develop and deliver change strategies, impact assessments and stakeholder plans
- Support organisations through adoption and embedding new ways of working
- Work across different sectors, programmes and types of change
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the consultancy
- Help shape the firm's approach, propositions and ways of working as it grows

About you
We’re particularly interested in people with a management consulting background, whether that's from a Big 4 firm or another established mid-sized consultancy.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong experience delivering Change Management within a consulting environment
- A genuine passion for Change Management and delivering successful business outcomes
- Experience working across complex transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- The confidence to work with senior clients and influence at all levels
- A commercially minded approach and an interest in helping grow a consulting business
- The ambition to develop alongside a fast-growing boutique firm

Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office
Background: Big 4 or mid-sized management consulting experience preferred
