Specifically, you will:

• Lead and contribute to high-value delivery

  • Lead discrete change and transformation workstreams within broader programmes, shaping analysis, designing solutions and producing high-quality deliverables.
  • Help clients understand and manage the people impacts of transformation, supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness and adoption activities where appropriate.
  • Build trusted client relationships, contributing insight, structure and problem-solving to help clients navigate complexity and change.
  • Work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal and client teams.
  • Translate ambiguity into practical actions, helping clients deliver sustainable change and measurable outcomes.

• Support business development and account growth

  • Contribute to business development through early relationship-building, supporting BD meetings, shaping propositions and developing credentials.
  • Play an active role in bids and proposals, supporting senior colleagues in converting opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continued development of Gate One's change and transformation capability through thought leadership, proposition development and knowledge sharing.

• Help build Gate One

  • Contribute to capability and sector communities, internal initiatives, thought leadership and knowledge sharing.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a culture of high performance and development.

About You

You must have around 4-6 years' experience gained within management consulting firms. This is a mandatory requirement for the role. We are not able to consider candidates whose experience sits solely within industry roles.

You will also bring:

• Experience leading workstreams with autonomy, shaping content, structuring analysis, managing stakeholders and co-creating solutions.
• Experience supporting organisational change within broader transformation programmes, whether digital, technology, operating model or business transformation.
• Experience in one or more areas such as stakeholder engagement, change strategy, change impact assessment, communications, learning, culture change, operating model change or adoption.
• Experience of supporting clients in the retail, consumer or pharma sectors.
• Experience coaching or overseeing junior colleagues or client team members.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly with a range of stakeholders.
• Curiosity, versatility and a proactive approach to learning and contributing to firm-wide initiatives.
• Interest in contributing to business development, whether through supporting BD conversations, developing propositions or contributing to bids.
