Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work effectively as part of operational delivery teams to support clients with Cybersecurity, technology risk and broader Consulting engagements
  • Support the delivery of cyber assessments, control reviews, remediation activity and security improvement programmes in line with client and EY standards
  • Analyse cyber risks, issues and control gaps, helping clients understand findings and identify practical actions to improve their security posture
  • Prepare and review clear, insightful reports, presentations and management information for clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate delivery activities across project teams, ensuring work is completed on time, to quality expectations and in line with agreed engagement plans
  • Supervise and support junior team members, providing coaching, feedback and ongoing professional development
  • Act as a workplace coach for assigned junior colleagues, providing coaching, performance feedback, pastoral and development support
  • Review and quality assure analysis, working papers, reports and client deliverables produced by junior team members
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across EY, contributing to a positive and collaborative culture
  • Own assigned engagement management activities, including resource tracking, financial monitoring and delivery reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery through digital, automation, data and AI capabilities, championing adoption of digitally enabled ways of working across project teams
  • Contribute to the development of Cybersecurity and broader CSD capability through knowledge sharing, training and continuous improvement initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
