We’re looking for changemakers with recent, hands-on experience in AI development, people who not only understand the technology but can connect it to the bigger picture. You’ll help our clients build, scale and embed AI capabilities across their organisations, driving transformation from strategy through to execution.
YOUR ROLE
This role sits at the forefront of AI-driven transformation, blending strategy, innovation, and delivery for those passionate about solving complex challenges. From Agentic AI in risk governance and AI sovereignty in enterprise architecture to shaping the autonomous, AI-augmented workforce of the future, you will operate at the cutting edge of intelligent enterprise evolution.
- DESIGN intelligent, agent-ready platforms – Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data, analytics, and AI ecosystems that support both human and autonomous agent workloads, leveraging leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- ENABLE agentic and hybrid cloud transformation – Modernise legacy systems into AI-native, agent-enabled architectures, integrating hybrid data platforms that support orchestration of intelligent agents and real-time decisioning.
- OPTIMISE and SECURE AI ecosystems – Continuously assess and enhance cloud environments to support trusted AI, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and robust governance. Embed responsible AI, security, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2), including identity, access, encryption, and data protection.
- INNOVATE with agent-driven solutions – Develop Proof of Concepts and MVPs that incorporate autonomous agents, advanced analytics, and AI capabilities, aligned to enterprise outcomes and measurable business value.
- AUTOMATE through intelligent systems – Build and orchestrate self-optimising data pipelines, infrastructure, and deployments using DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and AI-assisted automation.
- DEFINE AI-first enterprise data strategy – Shape strategic vision and architecture roadmaps for AI-enabled enterprises, embedding agentic workflows, data foundations, and governance models that drive adoption and scale.
- DELIVER through human + AI design excellence – Champion user-centric and agent-centric design, combining storytelling with frameworks (TOGAF, DAMA) to create scalable, compliant, and intuitive data and AI solutions.
- SUPERCHARGE delivery with AI and agents – Leverage AI copilots, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation to accelerate delivery, enhance research, and continuously innovate across client engagements and internal initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE
This role is part of a forward-looking Data & AI Strategy team, focused on shaping the future of AI consulting. It seeks curious, growth-oriented problem solvers who are passionate about AI and can drive both technical delivery and strategic transformation.
Core strengths required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders
- Solid understanding of data and AI technologies
- A learning mindset with interest in emerging technologies
Key experience:
- Extensive years in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), including hybrid/multi-cloud
- Expertise in cloud-native technologies (containers, Kubernetes, serverless)
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD automation
- Proven consulting and stakeholder management capabilities
Desirable:
- Experience in sectors like UK Public Sector/BFSI/Telecom/Retail.
- Cloud certifications, cost optimisation knowledge, and Agile delivery
- Involvement in commercial/project scoping and security clearance eligibility
- SC Eligible
Overall, the role targets professionals who can combine technical depth, consulting skills, and AI-driven thinking to deliver impactful, data-led transformation.
