Senior Consultant – Health & Safety

London, UK

ERM is seeking an ambitious and passionate Health & Safety Consultant to join our growing team in London.

This is a unique opportunity to be embedded full-time within one of the world's most innovative technology organisations.

Leveraging cutting-edge advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced engineering, our client is transforming technology at scale while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety, operational excellence, and sustainability.

As part of this role, you will work across two London-based sites while supporting operations throughout the EMEA region.

You'll collaborate with industry-leading professionals, contribute to a world-class safety culture, and help drive meaningful improvements in workplaces that are shaping the future of technology.

The role also offers the opportunity for regional travel (approximately 10-20%) across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

What You'll Do

As a trusted Health & Safety professional, you will:

  • Support the delivery of EHS programmes through site inspections, workplace observations, and safety walkarounds.
  • Identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and support risk reduction initiatives.
  • Assist with EHS audits and risk assessments across a range of operational activities.
  • Monitor construction safety, workplace safety, and occupational hygiene risks, including areas such as noise exposure and chemical management.
  • Gather and maintain accurate site records, observations, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports based on findings and performance trends.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to implement practical and sustainable safety improvements.
  • Support compliance with UK health and safety legislation, client requirements, and internal standards.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of safety culture across multiple sites and business functions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
