Job Title: Senior Consultant Engineer

Company: Oceaneering

Oceaneering is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant Engineer to join our Vibration Group within Global Engineering Services (GES).

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and expertise in vibration engineering, supporting clients across the oil & gas and wider energy sectors. The role involves:

  • Delivery of high-value engineering projects
  • Development of innovative solutions to complex vibration and integrity challenges
  • Mentoring of developing engineers

Services Provided

Our team delivers specialist services including:

  • Energy Institute pipework vibration assessments (FIT, AIV and Pulsation)
  • Site-based vibration surveys on pipework and structures
  • Integrity assessments using BS7608, BS7910 and API579
  • Temporary and permanent monitoring system deployments
  • Advanced testing techniques including modal analysis
  • Finite element analysis of pipework and structures
