Our Client
Our client is a boutique executive search firm specialising in senior digital and technology leadership hires. Founded by two highly respected industry leaders who are regularly featured in leading national newspapers and have appeared on BBC News, the founders carry genuine weight and influence within the executive search and technology leadership community.
The firm works exclusively on retained search mandates, placing C-suite executives and leadership teams into globally recognised brands and high-growth organisations, including the likes of ASOS, Facebook, M&S, Monzo, and Sky. Rather than operating at volume, the business is built around quality, precision, and impact — every search is handled with meticulous care, deep market insight, and a genuinely consultative approach.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-performing, and intellectually driven team, working on high-profile, high-value mandates with the autonomy and support to move quickly.
The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search (Technology & Digital)
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll work on live retained mandates across the technology and digital leadership space, with real exposure to senior stakeholders and high-calibre executive talent from day one. The emphasis here is on fast-track development towards full end-to-end search ownership, with a realistic route to Director inside three years — this is a business that wants you running your own processes, not sitting in a delivery-only lane.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Highly results-driven, with real attention to detail and pace
- Confident, articulate, and a strong communicator
