Senior Consultant – Financial Modelling & Regeneration
Location: London (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £60k base (depending on experience)
We’re working with a growing consultancy that is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its financial modelling & investment team.
The wider team delivers a range of advisory services across regeneration, asset strategy, business cases, investment, procurement, and delivery and work closely with clients across the public and private sector.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working in a consultancy or private-sector environment, with experience across areas such as housing and regeneration, project procurement, asset strategy and investment, and delivery.
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong experience in data analysis.
- A good understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience conducting financial and development appraisals.
- Experience developing business plans in line with HM Treasury Green Book guidance.
- Experience developing strategic approaches to securing public-sector investment.
- A strong understanding of commerciality, including invoicing, budgets, and margins.
- A CIPFA, ACA, MRICS, or CFA qualification would be desirable.
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or similar.
