Job Description Summary

Senior Consultant - London Flex

The Flexible Workspace sector continues to experience significant growth and transformation, creating new opportunities for occupiers, landlords, investors and operators. This role will support the growth of Cushman & Wakefield's Flexible Workspace offering through a combination of strategic business development, market analysis and client advisory work. Working across multiple service lines and stakeholders, the successful candidate will help develop new revenue-generating opportunities, deliver consulting assignments and contribute to strengthening Cushman & Wakefield's market-leading position within the flexible workspace sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of Cushman & Wakefield's Flexible Workspace strategy across EMEA.
  • Conduct market research, analysis and industry benchmarking to support client engagements and business growth.
  • Analyse client portfolios, assets and workplace strategies, identifying opportunities, risks and recommendations.
  • Coordinate input from multiple business lines to deliver integrated client solutions and project outcomes.
  • Support the development of new consulting services and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry contacts and internal teams.
  • Support business development activities, including pitches, proposals and client presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell services and generate additional revenue streams.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering high-quality work to agreed deadlines.
  • Assist with project financial management, including budgeting, billing and commercial analysis.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, market insights and the wider profile of the Flexible Workspace team.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within the London office market, flexible workspace sector, commercial real estate advisory, landlord, occupier or operator environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market, operational and financial data.
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of business development and client relationship management.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation delivery.
  • Experience conducting research and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to delivering results.
