Senior Consultant - Facilities Management

I am currently recruiting a Senior Consultant on behalf of my client, a role focused on helping organisations optimise their facilities management operations and align FM strategies with wider business objectives. You will work with clients to enhance service delivery, improve operational structures and processes, and develop effective operating models that drive performance and value.

This opportunity would suit individuals from a range of backgrounds, including FM consultancy, engineering consultancy, client-side estates and facilities, technical services management, project management, or operational FM leadership, who are looking to combine strategic advisory work with hands-on project delivery.

My client is seeking a technically strong and commercially aware consultant with experience in both FM strategy and implementation. You will support clients in improving asset performance, compliance, and operational effectiveness through strategic reviews, asset management initiatives, and the successful delivery of technical FM and real estate projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
