Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant / Manager

Opportunities on our US Contract Desks in our Manchester HQ!

Following a record-breaking month for our US Change & Tech Contract team, we're looking to add ambitious recruiters who want to be part of a high-performing, growing business.

This is an opportunity to join one of the most successful and exciting teams within Oliver James' established US operation, working alongside a business that has spent over a decade building its reputation, client relationships and market presence across the United States.

We're looking for experienced 360 recruiters who enjoy building long-term client relationships, developing markets and delivering a high-quality service to both candidates and clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience operating as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
  • A proven track record of business development and client management.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ambitious, resilient and motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Recruiters currently operating at Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Team Lead or Manager level are encouraged to apply.
