Senior Analytics Consultant (Google Cloud, BigQuery, dbt & Looker)
£70,000-£90,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Commission
Fully Remote (UK) | Quarterly Brighton Meetups
I'm hiring a Senior Analytics Consultant for one of the UK's leading specialist modern data consultancies.
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy focused exclusively on the modern data stack, helping organisations build scalable analytics platforms, semantic layers, governed self-service reporting, and AI-enabled analytics solutions using Google Cloud technologies.
Unlike larger consultancies, you'll work directly with clients, company leadership, and solution design from day one, giving you significant ownership and influence over both delivery and commercial outcomes.
The role
This is a genuinely consultative position combining:
- Client-facing delivery
- Analytics engineering
- Solution architecture
- Technical leadership
- Stakeholder management
You'll work across multiple client engagements, helping organisations design and implement modern analytics capabilities using:
- Google Cloud
- BigQuery
- dbt
- Looker
while acting as a trusted advisor rather than simply delivering technical tasks.
What you'll be doing
Client Delivery
- Design and implement modern analytics platforms
- Build scalable data models and semantic layers
- Develop reporting and analytics solutions
- Deliver multiple concurrent consulting engagements
- Lead technical discussions directly with clients

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
