We’re growing our team at Coldr and looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Consultant with a strong desire to disrupt the status quo, delivering impactful campaigns and communications that are remembered.
About Us
We are an award-winning, B Corp-certified consultancy with a diverse team of strategic storytellers who help brands grow by creating standout campaigns that purposefully include new, emerging and underserved audiences.
We get under the skin of how different people live, love, work and play to breathe cultural fluency into communications strategies, earn attention, create hype and drive impact.
About You
Coldr is looking for an exceptional Senior Consultant who combines strategic thinking with outstanding account leadership, building trusted client relationships while ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard. You can oversee complex, multi-workstream programmes, anticipate challenges before they arise, and keep projects moving with precision, even in fast-paced environments.
You are a professional who thrives on bringing order to complexity. With a meticulous eye for detail, you can confidently manage budgets, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder expectations, and keep multiple moving parts aligned without losing sight of the bigger picture. You have strong media relations experience and understand how to develop stories that resonate across national, trade and specialist media.
You can confidently lead media strategies, manage high-profile opportunities and advise clients through both proactive and reactive communications. You are proactive, commercially minded and dependable. You spot risks before they become problems, find solutions rather than obstacles, and earn the trust of clients and colleagues alike. Above all, you deliver communications that create meaningful impact.
Experience working within regulated healthcare comms, including an understanding of prescription medicine regulations and approval processes, would be a significant advantage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
