Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus (based on experience)
Type: Full-time, flexible working
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to sit between our senior leadership and analytical teams, owning client delivery, shaping insight generation, and driving projects forward with confidence and autonomy.
It is a high-impact, hybrid position that requires someone who can:
- Think strategically
- Understand pharmaceutical data deeply
- Translate client needs into tangible insights
- Proactively identify opportunities others may miss
This role has the potential to evolve into a management position with high potential for mentoring our less senior analysts in the future.
You will act as a “captain” within the business, owning projects and relationships end-to-end, without needing constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Delivery
- Own a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong relationships
- Lead client conversations, translating business challenges into analytical approaches
- Identify additional insight opportunities and support renewals through value delivery
- Present findings clearly and confidently to stakeholders
Insight Development
- Analyse pharmaceutical datasets (including our unique data offerings and other healthcare data sources) to generate meaningful insights
- Understand therapy areas, products, and market dynamics to shape relevant outputs
- Go beyond brief, identify unseen or unasked-for insights that add value
- Translate complex data into clear, structured narratives

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
