We're looking for a Senior Consultant who combines curiosity, creativity, and commercial thinking to help clients navigate complex change.
This role is about more than delivering change activities. We're seeking someone who can shape thinking, challenge constructively, uncover value opportunities, and help clients realise sustainable business outcomes. You'll work at the intersection of people, strategy, technology, and transformation, bringing fresh thinking and practical delivery expertise to every engagement.
As consulting continues to evolve, we are embracing AI-enabled ways of working and innovative approaches to delivering value. We want consultants who are excited by that future and eager to play an active role in shaping it.
What you'll do
- Lead and deliver business change and transformation workstreams from discovery through to adoption and sustainment
- Partner with clients to shape change strategies that align people, processes, technology, and business goals
- Facilitate meaningful conversations that surface challenges, opportunities, and priorities
- Help clients define, measure, and realise the value of change initiatives
- Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption approaches that inspire action
- Use data, insight, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve decision-making and delivery effectiveness
- Work collaboratively with our creative design team to bring change to life in engaging and impactful ways
- Build client capability and leave organisations stronger and more self-sufficient than when we arrived
- Support business development activities through insight generation, proposal development, and thought leadership
- Coach and develop Consultants while contributing to the evolution of the Afiniti Way and our Centres of Excellence
- Actively contribute to Afiniti's own transformation, innovation, and capability-building initiatives

What we're looking for
Essential
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
- Typically, 3-5 years consulting experience, with evidence of operating at Senior Consultant level or readiness to step into the role
- Strong business change and transformation experience across multiple industries or programmes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to translate complexity into actionable insight
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how change creates business value
- Comfortable working across the full change lifecycle, from shaping future-state thinking through to adoption and embedding
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement
- Alignment with company values

Desirable
- Experience using AI and digital tools to enhance consulting, collaboration, or client outcomes
- Experience supporting organisational transformation within highly regulated or complex environments
- Change management or project management qualifications
- Experience contributing to business development and growth activities
