The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our growing UK Inbound Immigration team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global businesses, manage complex immigration matters, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to multinational clients.

As part of EY's Global Immigration practice, you'll join the world's largest single-brand immigration provider, supporting organisations with business immigration solutions that enable talent mobility across borders. From advising on strategic immigration challenges to managing work visa applications and compliance requirements, you'll be at the forefront of helping businesses and people move forward.

This is a dynamic, fast paced, and highly collaborative role where you'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, influence outcomes, and contribute to the future growth of our practice.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Deliver trusted immigration advice to a diverse portfolio of multinational clients.
  • Manage end-to-end immigration engagements, ensuring outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technically robust advice while maintaining compliance with immigration legislation and EY risk management requirements.
  • Build meaningful client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and add value.
  • Manage engagement financials, including budgeting, billing, and cash collection responsibilities.
  • Stay ahead of legislative and policy developments, translating complex changes into practical client solutions.
  • Support the development of innovative services, internal communications, and training initiatives.
  • Contribute to a culture that champions collaboration, inclusion, and exceptional client service.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people who are curious, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Strong experience in UK business immigration, particularly within the Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility (GBM) categories.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proven organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, alongside strong commercial awareness and sound judgment.
  • Experience using MS Office, BIT, and immigration case management systems.
  • A positive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to teamwork and client service.
