How You'll Impact.

  • Holistic project work. You’ll analyze processes, procurement organizations, and product groups. You’ll develop suitable strategies and measures to optimize the supply chain and the strategic procurement process. You’ll implement these strategies and deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients.

  • Diverse and engaging projects. You’ll work on broad customer portfolios and project assignments at home and abroad for a wide variety of industries and customers. From start-ups, retail, consumer goods, or the energy and automotive industries, to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

  • Collaborative consulting. You’ll work closely with customers, preparing and participating in workshops and negotiations. You’ll present processes and structures, be a direct contact for customers and build trust by developing industry understanding and engaging effectively in their respective fields.

  • Cross-industry development. You’ll help to build knowledge across the company by participating in various practices areas and centers of excellence. And in this way, you’ll also expand your expertise and continue developing your skillset in new subject areas.

  • Professional leadership. You’ll take on initial management responsibility and guide interns and consultants within your team. Your focus will be on sharing expertise, fostering learning, and enabling others to grow.

What You'll Bring.

  • University degree with strong academic results.
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant professional experience ideally in the areas of procurement and supply chain management.
  • Ability to think analytically, show curiosity for new tasks and find motivation in achieving meaningful results.
  • You’re flexible to travel and enjoy working with international teams across different locations and cultures.
  • Business fluency in English.
