Senior Consultant, Intelligent Automation Consultant – D&ET – TC – Belfast & Londonderry/Derry

We’re now looking for driven Intelligent Automation Consultants to join a dynamic team where you can leverage your skills to drive progress—on a local and global scale.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Intelligent Automation (IA) solutions, including leveraging software such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, alongside technologies like Python.
- Engage with clients at all organisational levels to co-create solutions.
- Develop long-term trusted advisor relationships and mentor junior staff and client teams.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on IA/AI applications, responding sensitively to client needs and ensuring high standards in deliverables.
- Utilise analytical and creative problem-solving abilities to innovate solutions for complex business challenges.
- Continuously upskill yourself and adapt to emerging technologies and frameworks.
- Master communication skills for written, verbal, technical, and client-facing interactions.

Key Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Three+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management, or IA-focused development.
- Certification or proficiency in:
- Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, BluePrism, Pega, Automation Anywhere, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to deliver insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are welcome.
