The team work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs completely. Our recruiters collaborate with numerous firms to support on hires from graduate through to Director/Partner level.
We are hiring a Senior Consultant for our Interim practice, working primarily across smaller to mid-sized consultancies in the UK.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities
- Cross-sell interim solutions to existing clients
- Facilitate and attend client meetings
- Stay abreast of market conditions
- Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems
- Present findings to client in concise and clear manner
- Identify opportunities for improved processes
- Work closely with delivery team to provide top candidates
Qualifications
- 2-5 years contract/interim recruitment experience
- Understanding of working with consultancies
