Senior Consultant – Legal Managed Services
Location: London, Hybrid working available
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Benefits

The team works with multinational and UK-listed organisations, including FTSE100 and equivalent global brands, delivering complex, business-critical legal work through dedicated in-house style teams. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Consultant - Legal Managed Services
- Lead client delivery engagements - Own client-facing legal delivery and improvement projects, applying sound judgement to keep service high-quality, efficient and commercially sound.
- Build senior client relationships - Chair governance meetings, communicate progress with clarity and manage issues proactively through to resolution.
- Diagnose complex delivery challenges - Turn ambiguous problems into practical, well-evidenced recommendations through structured problem-solving and data analysis.
- Design scalable operating models - Develop processes, governance and resourcing approaches, turning proven methods into reusable playbooks and tools.
- Develop and coach the team - Contribute to line management of junior colleagues, strengthening capability, cohesion and future team direction.

Skills & Attributes of the Senior Consultant – Legal Managed Services
- Structured problem-solver - Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, form a sound view quickly and develop practical, client-ready solutions.
- Relevant sector experience - Around five or more years in legal operations, management consulting, professional-services transformation or a comparable environment.
- Strong commercial acumen - Confident analysing operational and financial data, with advanced Excel skills, to build clear insights and recommendations.
- Credible stakeholder manager - Able to build trust, challenge constructively and influence clients and colleagues at a senior level.
- Technology-curious mindset - Genuine interest in AI, automation and legal technology, with the judgement to apply it to real client challenges.
