Position: Senior Consultant – Technology M&A Advisory
We're hiring a Senior Consultant to join a growing technology M&A advisory practice, working with Private Equity and corporate strategic clients across the full deal lifecycle — technology due diligence, carve-outs/divestitures, and post-close integration.
What you'll do:
- Lead technology due diligence for PE clients — assessing systems, operations, and risk across compliance, growth, and revenue
- Advise on Target Operating Model design, cloud migration, and digital transformation post-close
- Interface directly with CTOs, CIOs, and Operating Partners
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and sharpen client recommendations
- Help build out the practice — methodologies, frameworks, and team capability
- Support business development: proposals, pricing, client relationships, and industry networking

What we're looking for:
- 4+ years in technology/IT consulting or M&A, ideally with PE exposure
- SaaS/software M&A, carve-out, or divestiture experience a strong plus
- Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily workflow, with sharp judgment on output quality
- Confident communicator, credible with C-level stakeholders
- Willing to travel up to 50%
