Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant – HR Transformation (Oracle HCM)
Location: London (office base; flexibility to travel/attend other UK sites such as Manchester/Glasgow depending on assignment)
Employment type: Permanent
Working pattern: On-site / client-site (flexible)
Security requirement: SC Clearance (or eligible to obtain)
We’re hiring a Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant to support HR Transformation programmes focused on Oracle HCM Cloud. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to shape HR operating models, define requirements, guide solution design, and help drive business readiness and adoption through large-scale cloud transformation deliveries.
What you’ll be doing
- Advise on HR, Oracle HCM and industry best practice, operating models, and delivery approaches
- Lead HR-side activities for Oracle HCM implementations (business-focused rather than purely technical)
- Gather requirements, shape solution design, and ensure alignment to business objectives
- Stakeholder management across HR, technology teams and wider programme leadership
- Support readiness, change management and user adoption planning
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice capability-building
- Support business development activity (proposals, RFPs, client presentations)

Required skills
- Full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience, ideally across:
- Core HR
- Talent
- Payroll
- Prior hands-on Oracle HCM exposure (e.g., functional support, testing, training content development) to provide credible advisory input
- HR transformation / HR operating model understanding (policy, process, target operating model, employee experience)
- Strong enterprise cloud delivery and solution design understanding (end-to-end, multi-workstream programmes)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills (workshops, senior client interactions)
- Structured problem-solving and consulting-style delivery approach
- Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams and matrix environments
- SC Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
