Your role:

The Business Change Consultant plays a key role in supporting and delivering people-centric change across workplace transformation programmes. Working closely with Experience Managers, client stakeholders, and delivery teams, this individual will lead the design and execution of change interventions that enable user adoption and ensure the successful realisation of business value.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with strong experience in change planning, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and user readiness. The Consultant/ Senior Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating large-scale digital change.

Key Responsibilities

Change Delivery & Advisory

  • Lead or support the development of end-to-end business change strategies aligned to programme objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities, identifying key personas, pain points, and areas requiring support.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder maps, engagement plans, and communications matrices.

User Adoption & Engagement

  • Design and deliver tailored engagement interventions to drive awareness, desire, and capability for change.
  • Define and track success metrics for adoption, using feedback and behavioural insights to iterate approaches.
  • Collaborate with training and comms leads to ensure a unified and timely user experience.

Client Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at multiple levels, acting as the voice of the user throughout the programme.
  • Facilitate workshops, drop-ins, and feedback sessions to test assumptions, gain buy-in and co-create solutions.
  • Provide coaching to business leads, champions, and change agents to build internal capability.

Practice & Capability Development

  • Contribute to the growth of Capgemini’s Modern Workplace change offering through knowledge sharing, asset development, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Stay informed on emerging tools and trends in employee experience, workplace culture, and digital adoption.

Your profile:

Essential Experience

  • Proven track record delivering business change initiatives as part of digital or workplace transformation programmes.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, change impact analysis, and adoption strategy development.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in Agile, SAFe or other iterative delivery environments.

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Copilot) and their impact on people and processes.
  • Understanding of behavioural science or human-centred design principles.
  • Knowledge of change measurement tools and KPIs.
  • Qualifications
    • Degree in Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related field - optional
    • Previous consulting or advisory experience strongly preferred.
