About the Role
Within our Enterprise Model and Strategy team, we’re seeking a talented Senior Consultant to join us in shaping the future of businesses through transformative operating model and organisation design work.
As part of our rapid growth across multiple sectors, we invite professionals with expertise in transforming businesses to:
- Define and implement high-performance operating models
- Optimise organisational structures to unlock long-term growth
- Drive competitive advantage through data-driven, evidence-based solutions

Key Expectations
You’ll be responsible for demands of complexity, collaborating to deliver large-scale transformations:

Project Delivery
- Contribute to delivering large, rapid projects with speed and agility, working across teams and client stakeholders to define solutions for their challenges.
- Develop meaningful, robust, and practical insights backed by evidence—ensuring these remain credible under client scrutiny.

Client Advisory & Relationships
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with senior executives, aligning strategies, securing buy-in for transformational change.
- Identify business development opportunities while specialising in operating models, leading the design of scalable cost centres, and facilitating minor versus major change.

Team Leadership & Growth
- Coach junior consultants (FDF/Ms), fostering performance, leadership, and organisational growth.
- Lead growth through HR initiatives, including recruitment mentorship and supportive feedback loops across team levels.

Business Development & Networking
- Chase and lead opportunities within and outside the network—expanding engagement across all levels of leadership.
- Collaborate with Capgemini’s sub-brands (including frog) to develop design-led thinking in strategy, operations, and transformation pursuits.

Profile
We’re seeking consultancy professionals with a passion for leading organisational change and ideal candidates will demonstrate:
Essential Skills & Experience

Proven consulting experience, with minimum 1-year focus in organizing and/or operation model work.

Track record in building and leading teams, thriving under fast-paced, high-complexity environments.

Exceptional strategic thinking and salted problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable solutions.

Agility to address business challenges—mastering communication to balance technical rigor with executive-focused storytelling.

Delivers measurable transformation through execution plans and structured methodologies, optimising business performance.

Stakeholder management: Ability to engage and align operations that bridge business and client objectives.

Business Development: Acumen in identifying new opportunities, shaping proposals, and growing client portfolios.
Bonus Profit from Having
- Scaled Agile qualification or equivalent.
- Product-centric or AI-driven consulting experience.
- Insight into outsourcing models.
- Familiarity with methodologies leveraging AI and technology-driven operating models.
