About the Role

Drive process-led business transformation by helping organisations identify, quantify, and realise value through process intelligence, process mining, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled operational improvement. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to improve operational performance, accelerate transformation programmes, and embed sustainable continuous improvement capabilities.

You will combine data-driven insight with consulting expertise to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes across complex client environments.


What You Will Do

  • Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis, process intelligence, and operational diagnostics.
  • Deliver process mining and performance insights using platforms such as Celonis, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, or similar technologies.
  • Build value assessments, ROI models, business cases, and benefit realisation frameworks.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, value discovery sessions, and process improvement activities.
  • Define transformation roadmaps, improvement initiatives, and implementation plans.
  • Translate process intelligence insights into practical business transformation opportunities that deliver measurable operational, financial, and customer outcomes.
  • Lead workstreams or smaller transformation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, governance, and value realisation.
  • Support the end-to-end transformation lifecycle, from discovery and diagnostic assessment through solution design, implementation, deployment, adoption, and benefits tracking.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions, influencing decision-making and driving alignment.
  • Present recommendations, insights, and realised value to senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Support the development of Process Excellence and Operational Intelligence capabilities, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Contribute to proposal development, proof-of-value engagements, solution shaping, account growth, and wider business development activities.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in management consulting, transformation consulting, operational excellence, process intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering process improvement, operational transformation, or business transformation initiatives within complex client environments.
  • Experience leading workstreams and managing project deliverables as part of larger transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Hire-to-Retire.
  • Experience with Celonis, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, or similar process mining platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actions.
  • Experience building business cases, value assessments, and benefits realisation plans.
  • Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting complex findings and compelling narratives that drive decision-making.
  • Understanding of how people, process, data, and technology interact to drive operational performance and business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting or delivering transformation initiatives from discovery and solution design through implementation and adoption.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes in client-facing environments while building trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • You are eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
  • Experience establishing or supporting Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Process Intelligence Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
  • Knowledge of AI, intelligent automation, RPA, advanced analytics, and machine learning applications.
  • Experience with automation and low-code platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, n8n, or Copilot Studio.
  • BPMN 2.0 process modelling expertise.
  • Experience with process governance, operating model design, value management, and performance management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of emerging AI orchestration approaches, including copilots, agent-based workflows, and intelligent operations.
  • Experience delivering operational or digital transformation initiatives across functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Customer Operations, or Shared Services.
  • Industry experience within Public Sector, Travel & Transport, Retail, Hospitality, Pharmaceuticals, or Higher Education.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams spanning business transformation, data, process excellence, automation, and technology delivery.
