Organisation and Workforce Transformation – Training Solutions

Our OWT Solution business sits as part of Organisation and Workforce Transformation within our Human Capital practice – the world’s leading people and HR transformation business. As part of a practice that brings leading-edge tooling, research and analytics expertise together with deep industry knowledge, you’ll help to deliver innovative and complex transformation programmes for our clients.

Training and Learning Centre of Excellence

The continued success of our Training and Learning Centre of Excellence (CoE) team means that we are looking to grow further by recruiting specialists with experience in delivering Training and Learning services across all industries with the right skill set and attitude towards performance, growth and development. We partner with clients to deliver critical people, behavioural, and culture change essential for successful business transformations. Our expertise spans the entire transformation lifecycle, from strategic assessment and planning to comprehensive delivery support.

You will have the opportunity to work with one or many elite clients in:

You will have responsibility for:

  • Help clients to realise the benefits of implementing new technology by enabling a great employee learning experience and allowing people to adopt new ways of working quickly and successfully;
  • Mentoring and managing less experienced members of the team;
  • Supporting the growth of client relationships, identifying new opportunities within both existing and new clients, and supporting proposals to win work;
  • Supporting the development of our propositions, solutions and methods, and industry points of view.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

To qualify for the role, you must have experience of:

  • Experience of design and development of training content;
  • Previous experience of supporting training delivery on projects or programmes, either within industry or with a consultancy;
  • Development of training plans and management of critical paths;
  • Proficiency with digital tools for content creation (e.g., Adobe Express, Vyond, Synthesia);
  • Understanding and experience of project management methodologies (example Prince 2 or Agile);
  • An innovative mindset with a keen interest in new thinking around transformation, change management, and learning technology disruptors (e.g., Gen AI, Digital Adoption Platforms)
  • Knowledge of the current market conditions;
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

Additional desirable experience includes:

  • Managing others in a project team;
  • Development of appropriate solutions, methods and tools;
  • Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner Certified;
  • SC (Security Check) Clearance
