About the Company

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with a strong consulting background to join a growing procurement and commercial consulting team. This is an opportunity for someone who has already gained experience within a procurement, supply chain, commercial, or management consulting environment and is looking to take the next step in their consulting career. We are open to candidates from both direct and indirect procurement backgrounds, and are not looking for expertise in one specific category. What matters most is your consulting experience, commercial mindset, ability to lead workstreams, and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

About the Role

You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes. You will take ownership of projects and workstreams from the outset, whilst also supporting and developing more junior members of the team.

Responsibilities

Client & Project Delivery

  • Lead workstreams and projects across complex procurement and commercial engagements.
  • Take ownership for delivering high-quality outputs and measurable client outcomes.
  • Work alongside clients to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
  • Conduct commercial analysis, opportunity assessments, market research, and supplier analysis.
  • Support sourcing, procurement transformation, and broader commercial improvement initiatives.
  • Manage project activity, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
