Senior Consultant (Project Management)

Location: London
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary: Up to £72,000


Ready to step into a high-impact consulting role where your expertise helps solve complex business challenges and drives meaningful transformation? We’re hiring a Senior Consultant to join a high-performing team delivering strategic change across a range of industries.

What you’ll have the opportunity to do as a Senior Consultant

  • Supporting and leading large-scale transformation and programme management engagements
  • Solving complex business problems and translating them into clear, actionable solutions
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Managing workstreams and contributing to the successful delivery of client engagements
  • Facilitating workshops and driving alignment across business and technical teams
  • Supporting and contributing to RFPs and proposal development
  • Producing high-quality client deliverables and documentation

About the Candidate

The right Senior Consultant should have:

  • 5–7 years’ experience within consulting, programme management, or transformation roles
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting or leading engagements and managing delivery workstreams
  • Exposure to RFPs, proposals, or business development activities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • Experience driving tangible business outcomes in client environments
