Salary: £70k–£100k + bonus

Location: London (hybrid)

Our client is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead multiple workstreams across strategic projects, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape research and analysis into commercially grounded recommendations.

You’ll take ownership of project delivery, working with complex evidence and business challenges to provide clear, actionable insight that supports client decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple workstreams, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies
  • Design and lead qualitative research, including interviews with senior and a range of participants
  • Work alongside quantitative specialists, assessing research quality and analysis
  • Bring together complex and sometimes conflicting evidence to identify the key insight
  • Build clear, commercially grounded recommendations and compelling project outputs
  • Lead client sessions and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Support and develop colleagues through clear direction, review, and feedback
  • Contribute to proposals and identify opportunities for further client work

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in management or research consultancy, strategic insights, or strategic design
  • Strong experience working across B2B and B2C technology projects
  • Experience leading multiple workstreams and deliver to time and budget
  • Strong qualitative research and interviewing skills
  • Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and communication skills
  • Confident working with senior clients and taking ownership
  • Experience building or using AI-enabled products or services is desirable; coding skills would be a bonus.
