Role Description

This full-time, on-site Senior Consultant – Quantitative Modelling role is based in the United Kingdom. The role involves designing, implementing, and validating quantitative models to support risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making for clients. The Senior Consultant will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to model governance and performance monitoring
  • Support client engagements through workshops, meetings, and ongoing advisory
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to the enhancement of modelling tools, standards, and best practices within the firm

Qualifications

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience in statistical modelling, econometrics, or financial modelling.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SAS, SQL, or similar data and modelling platforms).
  • Understanding of risk management, regulatory frameworks, or capital and liquidity modelling in financial or related sectors.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and models, and communicate insights clearly in written reports and presentations.
  • Experience working in consulting, financial services, or a quantitative analytics environment.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality, ethical work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Willingness to engage with clients on-site, build long-term relationships, and support business development activities.
