We're growing rapidly and are looking for a Senior Consultant with deep Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot expertise to join our Technology Delivery team.

Why This Role Is Different
This isn't a traditional development role. You'll work directly with senior client stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value, then design and deliver intelligent solutions that transform how organisations operate.
One day you could be designing an AI-powered employee support agent for a global enterprise. The next, you could be helping a government department redesign operational processes using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
You'll be working at the forefront of one of the fastest-moving areas in technology today.
Your Opportunity
As a Senior Consultant, you'll:
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build scalable solutions using Power Platform, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Translate business challenges into innovative AI-powered solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across client engagements.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to shape complex programmes.
- Guide clients on best practice, adoption and AI governance.
- Support pre-sales activities, client demonstrations, solution estimation and proposal development.
- Mentor consultants and developers across delivery teams.
- Stay at the forefront of Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who combine strong technical capability with consulting excellence and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced and innovative environment.
You'll ideally have:
- 3+ years' experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Experience delivering solutions within a Microsoft Partner or consulting environment
- Hands-on expertise designing and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions
- Strong experience with:
- Power Platform
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power Apps
- Microsoft 365
- Azure services
- Experience building AI-powered agents that:
- Leverage generative AI
- Trigger business workflows
- Integrate with enterprise systems
- Deliver measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of:
- Agent orchestration
- Prompt engineering
- Conversational design
- Enterprise solution architecture
- Client stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Experience leading technical teams, workstreams or delivery programmes
Additional Desirable Experience
Whilst not essential, we'd love to hear from candidates with experience in:
- Microsoft security, compliance and governance frameworks
- Power Platform governance and Centre of Excellence approaches
- Microsoft Purview and data governance
- Identity and access management concepts
- Responsible AI controls and governance
- Central Government or highly regulated environments
- AI adoption and enterprise transformation programmes
- Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Azure or Copilot technologies
- Willingness and ability to undertake UK Security Clearance (SC) would be advantageous.
