Senior Consultant – Real World Evidence

Location: Central London (hybrid, 2-3 days in office)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience/location)

The role:

We're partnering with a specialist real world evidence (RWE) consulting team, part of a global life sciences consulting group. This is a delivery-focused position supporting clients with observational study design, feasibility assessments, and integrated evidence generation planning (IEGP). You'll work closely with HEOR and commercial consulting functions on cross-functional client projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver observational studies, feasibility assessments, and RWE strategy projects for pharma/life sciences clients
  • Support integrated evidence generation planning (IEGP), helping clients define multi-year strategies for what studies to run, when, and how to prioritise them
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, balancing business, clinical, and data considerations across a project
  • Collaborate with HEOR, commercial consulting, and medical communications teams on cross-functional engagements
  • Contribute to project planning and delivery, managing scope, budget and timelines on live projects
  • Over time, support business development activity (proposals, budgeting, and pitch material)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
