The Role
We have a range of flexible, remote roles available (full-time, part-time, fixed term) for individuals based in the UK and elsewhere.
The roles involve advising clients on a variety of export controls and sanctions matters. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing deep technical advice
- Reviewing and providing recommendations on compliance programme structure and design (including third party digital tools and platforms)
- Supporting with training and stakeholder management
- Undertaking tasks such as export classification, licensing applications and complex due diligence
You will be empowered to work independently and closely with our clients in their offices or remotely, but you will have the support of our broader team of technical specialists, which you will join.
Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for true sanctions and export controls geeks – strong technical specialists who take great pride in their work, their personal brand, and the impact their work has on their team and their business.
- At least ten (10) years industry experience in a sanctions and/or export controls role. NOT only in financial services. NOT only in customs or logistics. NOT only in professional services.
- Extremely strong technical expertise in sanctions and export controls (at a minimum, demonstrable knowledge and experience of UK, EU, and US regimes).
- Highly self-motivated and independent worker.
- Excellent analytical skills and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience of senior stakeholder engagement.
- Experience using third party digital tools and platforms, including AI.

- Up to £208,000 p.a. dependant on experience
- 10%+ discretionary annual bonus
