Connect to your opportunity
This role primarily focuses on contributing to the delivery of Change Management and Training within SAP transformation programmes. You will play a key role as a team member, supporting larger initiatives and taking responsibility for specific tasks and deliverables. This requires a developing blend of understanding and practical application across three interconnected areas:
- Change Management & Training Execution: Contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive change and training strategies. This includes supporting the management of sub-workstreams or taking responsibility for specific deliverables to foster sustainable user adoption of SAP transformations.
- Integrated Change Project Management: Supporting the prioritisation and integration of transformation enablement considerations across multiple SAP project workstreams. You will help ensure change and training activities are effectively integrated into broader programme plans.
- Essential SAP Functional Understanding: Applying and developing practical experience across one or more SAP functional areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to inform and contribute to effective change and training strategies and solutions, both individually and as part of a team.
A good understanding of SAP programme dynamics is important for contributing to high-quality enablement solutions and embedding these activities effectively within broader project plans. We seek individuals who employ creative, data-driven approaches to achieve practical objectives and contribute positively to team success.
Connect to your skills and professional experience
You are a proactive and collaborative professional who can clearly communicate the tasks required for deliverable creation and their status to team leaders and clients. You have strong attention to detail, and consistently challenge yourself to deliver quality and detail. You are keen to engage diverse audiences, support others in building consensus towards common goals, and articulate messages clearly, while applying critical thinking to help navigate and address resistance to change. You are open to new ideas and contribute to innovative approaches that support positive behavioural shifts, whether executing a specific task or working within a broader team. You are developing your ability to build and maintain effective client and project team relationships, establishing credibility, and contributing positively to a confident and successful team environment. We value candidates who are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes with support, even in dynamic environments, and who actively contribute to a positive team dynamic and collective impact. This role requires developing skills and experience across the following areas:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
