Join a market-leading HEOR consultancy trusted by global pharma partners to deliver exceptional statistical insight and evidence generation. R&D Partners are collaborating with a truly specialist Mid-Sized HEOR Consultancy who are searching for a Senior Consultant, Statistics

The business have become the Consultancy of choice for several leading Global Pharma's due to the company's approach being built on providing high quality deliverables/provide expert consulting rather than maximising profits/workload.

This 'quality over quantity approach' has allowed them to continuously expand into a market leader. With these expansion plans continuing throughout 2026 amidst the ongoing requests from current clients to expand their relationships and new clients wanting to partner with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Coordinates with internal teams to manage client projects, ensuring deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with expectations.
  • Primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and timely responses to inquiries.
  • May guide a small project team to complete a project on time and to standards.
  • Develop value-added insights & recommendations based on analysis of secondary & primary datasets.
  • Communicate data sources / analytic methods clearly to the project team.
  • Contribute to a significant portion of technical documents such as protocols, SLR reports, and technical reports. Experience contributing to proposals.
  • Address client requests and recommend additional solutions for client consideration above and beyond the original requests.
  • Understands how the project fits in with broader client goals and proactively anticipates client needs before being asked.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, proactively identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to maintain strong partnerships.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Experienced with indirect treatment comparisons, including MAIC, STC and network meta-analysis
  • Post hoc analyses of clinical trial data, including utility analysis
  • Strong programming skills in R and/or SAS
  • Strong experience communicating statistical findings to clients
  • Patient-reported outcomes (PRO) analyses
  • Real-world evidence (RWE) analyses
  • Able to work independently, but also be a strong team player
