Senior Consultant - Strategy & Operations | International Capital Markets Fintech | London (Hybrid 2–3 days) | Permanent
We’re partnering with a fast-scaling international fintech transforming how complex transactions are managed across global capital markets. Following significant client traction and expansion into major international financial centres, they’re hiring a Senior Consultant - Strategy & Operations to work directly with the C-suite and help shape the next stage of growth.
This is not a traditional consulting role. You’ll move from advising clients to sitting inside the business, owning strategic priorities and seeing your decisions translate into commercial outcomes.
Why join our client
Our client has built a technology platform tackling complex, high-value workflows used by major financial institutions and their clients. The business is now entering an important stage of international expansion, creating a rare opportunity to join while the operating model, international structure and growth strategy are still being shaped.
Based in London, you’ll work closely with an experienced founder-led leadership team and senior figures from across banking, capital markets and technology. You’ll have genuine exposure to the decisions behind scaling an international fintech, rather than advising from the outside.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
