We're seeking a Senior Consultant - Strategy Manager to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our private equity-backed telecommunications business.
Please note, this is an initial 12 weeks PAYE Umbrella contract that will require 2-3 days working onsite in London
Summary
As a Senior Consultant - Strategy Manager (Organisation Effectiveness), you will play a pivotal role in driving transformational change within a private equity-backed telecommunications business. You will work alongside executive leadership to stabilize organisational performance, strengthen governance frameworks, and build leadership effectiveness. Your strategic recommendations and interim support will directly contribute to unlocking value creation, mitigating people-related risks, and positioning the organisation for sustainable growth in a competitive market.
You Will
- Provide board and governance advisory services to strengthen leadership decision-making and organisational performance
- Deliver interim Human Resources leadership support to address critical workforce-related risks and opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive organisational effectiveness reviews, including assessment of structure, operating model, roles, and ways of working
- Design and implement change management and communications strategies to support organisational transformation
- Develop and deliver leadership development programmes to enhance capability across the organisation
- Analyse reward structures and workforce optimisation opportunities to align incentives with private equity value creation objectives
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans
- Build strong client relationships and communicate complex findings in clear, compelling ways to diverse audiences

Ideally, We'd Like
- Significant experience in private equity transformation and value creation environments
- Demonstrated expertise in board, governance, and executive advisory at senior levels
- Strong background in senior Human Resources and people leadership roles.
- Proven experience in organisational design, operating model development, and structural transformation
- Track record delivering change management, internal communications, and leadership development initiatives
- Knowledge of reward strategy, performance management, and workforce optimisation in complex organisations
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to synthesise complex information into strategic insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills across all organisational levels
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with experience presenting to boards and senior executives
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environments
