Freshminds has partnered with a leader within the travel retail space to find a Senior Consultant to join their strategy team.
This is an opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the travel retail and commercial real estate sectors, helping clients make strategic decisions that drive growth, enhance customer experience and optimise commercial performance.
The role would suit someone with a strong mix of analytical capability, commercial understanding and client-facing experience, who is excited by the opportunity to shape strategy within consumer-facing environments.

What you'll be doing:
- Delivering commercial strategy and advisory projects across travel retail, managing delivery, tracking progress, and presenting findings and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Analysing customer, market and commercial data to generate insights and develop evidence-based recommendations for clients.
- Managing client relationships, leading meetings and developing junior members of the team.

What we're looking for:
- 4+ years' experience in consulting or in-house strategy/commercial role within the travel retail or related sector.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large datasets to uncover commercial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Experience managing projects and engaging with senior stakeholders.
