Senior Consultant – Treasury System Implementation & Connectivity

This role is designed for a treasury professional who has hands-on experience with Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations and wants to deepen their technical skills and develop into a specialist in bank connectivity and payment integration.

You’ll contribute to TMS implementation workstreams across requirements, configuration, testing, data and payment flows, bank account and cash management processes, and go-live support. Over time, you’ll build capability in connectivity technologies and become a key resource for designing, implementing, testing and troubleshooting connections between treasury systems, banks and payment networks.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Consultant to support client engagements focused on Treasury Management System implementations, with particular emphasis on Cash & Bank Management and Payments. The ideal candidate understands treasury processes and has implementation experience with a TMS. You do not need to be a connectivity expert on day one; we are looking for someone with the right treasury systems foundation, curiosity and technical aptitude to learn connectivity and grow into a specialist resource.

You will work closely with client treasury, technology, banking and payment teams to translate business requirements into practical system solutions, support implementation and testing, and progressively take ownership of connectivity-related activities.

This role provides a clear development path from treasury systems implementation into technical treasury connectivity. You will receive opportunities to build expertise in bank integrations, payment connectivity, file formats, APIs and troubleshooting while working alongside experienced consultants and technical resources.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
