Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Leeds-based Sales & Marketing team and play a key role in driving our continued success through delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.
The Role
As a Senior Consultant at Henderson Scott, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying and engaging top talent through to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Developing new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing client accounts.
- Advising clients on market trends and recruitment strategies to position Henderson Scott as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve individual and business goals.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a driven and ambitious recruitment professional or sales specialist who has:
- Proven experience in sales or recruitment consultancy, ideally within a specialist or professional services environment.
- A strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a genuine passion for recruitment.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-performance environment.
