About Civiteq

Civiteq is a specialist consultancy working at the intersection of technology, change, and public services. We support organisations delivering complex digital transformation programmes, including major ERP implementations. We help them to design, deliver, and embed change that genuinely works for people.

We're known for our collaborative culture, deep subject-matter expertise, and practical, people-centred approach to delivery.

We're looking for an experienced consultant who thrives in complex transformation environments and enjoys helping clients turn strategy into successful delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work across major ERP, digital, and business transformation programmes, supporting clients through some of their most significant organisational change initiatives while developing your consulting career within a growing specialist consultancy.

Role Objective

The purpose of this role is to support the successful delivery of complex ERP, digital, and business transformation programmes across a range of client engagements. Working as part of multidisciplinary teams, you will provide expertise across programme delivery disciplines including business analysis, project management, PMO, testing, change management, and business transformation.

You will be a highly effective consultant with strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working within complex public sector or enterprise transformation programmes. Many of our programmes are delivered within local government and public sector organisations, requiring consultants who can understand complex stakeholder environments and balance strategic objectives with operational delivery.

You will be comfortable leading workstreams, managing programme governance, facilitating workshops, coordinating delivery activities, and supporting organisational change. You will take ownership of defined deliverables and workstream outcomes, operating with a high degree of autonomy while applying sound judgement and escalating matters appropriately where senior support is required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
