Salary: £TBC

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

Location: Flexible (UK-based)

About Us

Founds Group is a small independent and fast-growing SME consultancy providing Professional and Technical Advisory Services to Local Authorities, Devolved Administrations, and Private Sector Clients. We are both innovators and thought leaders across Digital Infrastructure, Highways & Transportation, and Planning & Placemaking sectors and deliver market-leading programmes and projects. Established in 2016 to provide expert support, guidance, and advice, we have continued to grow steadily and sustainably and this year celebrate 10 years in business. We continue to form a strong portfolio of collaborative client relationships and successful projects delivered.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly talented, self-motivated Senior Consultant with the experience of managing all elements of project, programme, and contract delivery including; technical leadership, advisory, strategy development, project management, procurement, cost and commercial management, and construction management. The successful candidate should have strong infrastructure experience, ideally with a focus on Highways and Transportation. Working as part of a high-performing team and directly with our clients, you will become one of our trusted advisors and you will be joining a growing business, with strong client relationships and an expanding order book – this is an exciting time for our business.

We are looking for someone who is creative, dedicated, and willing to lead, to fit with our collaborative hard-working culture and ethos. The role fits someone who has a flexible approach to working across the UK, someone who is a high achiever, an innovator, and a leader; and can both help support and develop our team, alongside delivering on projects. Most of our projects are delivered across multi-disciplinary teams, within politically and financially challenged environments – so experience of public sector delivery would be an advantage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
