This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, creating opportunities through networking and is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent. As a Senior Consultant, you'll act as a trusted recruitment partner to our customers, managing the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering exceptional service and driving recruitment excellence.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in relationship-led recruitment
  • Confidence networking across clients, candidates, and supply chain contacts
  • Ability to identify and engage key decision-makers
  • Proven delivery capability with a focus on quality and commitment
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management abilities to drive recruitment processes forward
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to spot and develop new opportunities
  • Strong candidate attraction and sourcing skills
  • Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative approach and passion for delivering results
