This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, creating opportunities through networking and is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent. As a Senior Consultant, you'll act as a trusted recruitment partner to our customers, managing the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering exceptional service and driving recruitment excellence.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in relationship-led recruitment
- Confidence networking across clients, candidates, and supply chain contacts
- Ability to identify and engage key decision-makers
- Proven delivery capability with a focus on quality and commitment
- Excellent Stakeholder Management abilities to drive recruitment processes forward
- A proactive mindset with the ability to spot and develop new opportunities
- Strong candidate attraction and sourcing skills
- Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative approach and passion for delivering results

- Build and strengthen relationships within the nuclear portfolio
- Sourcing high-quality candidates into key roles across the nuclear sector
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Identifying opportunities to enhance our service and support wider business growth
- Building and maintaining talent pools to support current and future hiring needs

- Providing market insight and challenging recruitment strategies to improve outcomes
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and secure commitment throughout the recruitment process
