Join a global team providing high-level technical guidance and consultative support to strategic enterprise customers.
This role combines hands-on engineering, architecture, development assistance, and advanced technical support. You’ll work directly with customers on complex projects spanning design, migration, integration, implementation, performance, and production environments.

The position offers significant ownership, customer visibility, and the opportunity to work with large-scale distributed database and cloud environments. You’ll also contribute to technical content, mentor colleagues, and help shape scalable support practices within a fast-growing, globally distributed organization.
Accountabilities
- Lead and contribute to enterprise customer projects covering architecture, system design, integration, implementation, migration, sizing, development, tooling, and technical documentation.
- Conduct technical research, benchmarking, performance testing, functional testing, and architectural assessments to support customer requirements.
- Provide consultative support to strategic customers, users, and prospects throughout implementation, onboarding, production launches, and Proofs of Concept.
- Deliver hands-on architectural, technical, migration, and development assistance tailored to complex customer environments.
- Support technical cases across L1 to L3 levels when not assigned to larger customer projects.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to contribute customer insights to product roadmaps and account strategies.
- Develop and maintain technical resources including public and internal documentation, knowledge-base articles, learning materials, reference architectures, blogs, and benchmark results.
- Help define scalable technical solutions and best practices for deploying and operating distributed database environments.
- Contribute to team growth by participating in hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in scheduled and on-call coverage to support high-quality 24/7 service in a global environment.
- Travel regionally for customer and team engagements, with up to approximately 35% onsite travel expected.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
